Your 2025 Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit*

With your Health New England Medicare Advantage membership, you can use your benefit dollars to shop from a wide selection of OTC products. You can use the benefit to order items such as mobility aids, compression garments, incontinence products, toothpaste, lotions, cleansers and much more, from familiar brands including Curad, Biotene and Remedy. Choose from hundreds of high quality items in the following categories:

*Effective January 1, 2025, Medicare Advantage members get an OTC allowance every three (3) months loaded onto the Health New England Pre-Paid Additional Benefits Mastercard. OTC allowances vary by plan and expire at the end of each quarter. Products and packaging may differ from items shown above.
