      • Visit the NationsHearing page on the Benefits Pro Portal.
      • Within the Benefits Pro Portal, you can locate a participating hearing provider by using the Provider Lookup tool and entering your ZIP code.
      • The Provider Lookup tool will display nearby providers that you can contact directly to schedule an appointment.

      Scheduling a Hearing Exam?

      Members must present their Health New England Medicare Advantage ID Card when booking a Routine Hearing Exam from a NationsHearing Provider. This card is not the same as the Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card, and vision providers do not accept NationsBenefits Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card cards for these services.
