Schedule an Appointment: Schedule an appointment online, call ahead or stop by one of the many eye doctors that offer walk-in appointments. Most offer evening and weekend hours to fit your schedule.
Use Your Discount: When you arrive, present your Health New England Medicare Advantage ID Card or EyeMed vision ID card.
Bundle and Save: Members also receive a 40% discount on complete pairs and 15% discount on conventional contact lenses once the funded benefit has been used.
