• Attention Medicare Members: 
  • We have been made aware of a telephone scam affecting Medicare members. Callers have been asking for Medicare ID numbers and Social Security numbers. Do not give callers your Medicare HICN or SSN numbers or any personal information. Neither Health New England nor Medicare would call you asking for these numbers.

• Questions About Your Additional Benefits Card?  Please call the Health New England Additional Benefits Card Department at (833) 696-1085. A representative is available to assist you Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

COVID-19 Information

• Effective May 12, 2023 - Changes to Over-the-Counter COVID-19 Test Kit Coverage: Health New England covered the costs of FDA-authorized, rapid, at-home COVID-19 tests and will continue to cover until the end of the public health emergency (PHE), which ended on May 11, 2023. Effective May 12, 2023, Health New England is no longer covering their cost. Any reimbursement requests for test kits purchased before May 12, 2023, must be submitted by November 11, 2023. • Important Message About What You Pay for Vaccines: Our plan covers most Part D vaccines at no cost to you even if you haven’t paid your deductible. Call Member Services for more information.
• Important Message About What You Pay for Insulin: You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan, no matter what cost-sharing tier it’s on even if you haven’t paid your deductible.
