• Questions About Your Additional Benefits Card? Our Member Services Department is experiencing longer than normal call wait times.  If you have questions regarding your Health New England Additional Benefits card, please call the Health New England Additional Benefits Card Department at (833) 696-1085. A representative is available to assist you Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that your Health New England Additional Benefits card was delivered active and ready for use, no activation or pin number is required. Please refer to the letter your card was affixed to for instructions on how to use your card, or read this FAQ to learn more.
• Important Message About What You Pay for Vaccines: Our plan covers most Part D vaccines at no cost to you even if you haven’t paid your deductible. Call Member Services for more information.
• Important Message About What You Pay for Insulin: You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan, no matter what cost-sharing tier it’s on even if you haven’t paid your deductible.

At-Home Tests: Health New England is reviewing all state and federal guidance related to coverage for over-the-counter at-home COVID-19 tests starting January 15, 2022. We are working on how to implement this requirement and more information will follow. Please continue to check this page for updates about member reimbursements.
