Silver HMO

The monthly premium for this plan is lower than premiums for the Gold plans. With this plan your out-of-pocket costs for medical care will be moderate.

Gold HMO

Gold plans usually have higher monthly premiums than the Silver plan and lower monthly premiums than the Platinum plans. Your out-of-pocket costs for medical care will be lower than you would have with the Silver plan and higher than you would have the Platinum plans.

Platinum HMO

With Platinum plans you will have the highest monthly premiums, but you will have the lowest out-of-pocket costs for medical care.

Connector Care

Connector Care plans are affordable health insurance plans offered only through the Massachusetts Health Connector. They have low monthly premiums and low out-of-pocket costs, with no deductibles. Only people with household incomes that are at 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or lower may qualify for a Connector Care Plan.
