Out-of-Network Providers: New Registration Process

Starting Monday, September 30, 2024, all Non-Participating/Out-of-Plan Providers will need to complete a registration process to search for and download an EOP on the provider portal.

Registration Steps:

  • Visit Registration Page: Go to the Health New England website and click on the “Login” button under the top menu. In the pop-up box, click on "Need to Register?"
  • Complete the Registration Form: Fill in your details and add more users as required.
  • Save Login ID: Please save / print your login ID. If registering other users, please print their logon ID as well.
  • Create Password: Create a new password using the link in the email received, which was generated using the email address provided at registration. You will be logged in upon password creation.
  • Search and Download EOP: Once logged in, you will be able to search and download the EOP. Your Tax ID and Trace number will be needed to view your EOP.

Why This Change?

This new process is aimed at providing:

  • Access control for better security.
  • A streamlined experience to lookup the EOP.
