Bronze HMO
With this plan you will pay the lowest monthly premium. However, you will pay higher out-of-pocket costs for medical care.
Silver HMO
The monthly premium for this plan is lower than premiums for the Bronze plans. With this plan your out-of-pocket costs for medical care will be moderate.
Gold HMO
Gold plans usually have higher monthly premiums than the Silver plan and lower monthly premiums than the Platinum plans. Your out-of-pocket costs for medical care will be lower than you would have with the Silver plan and higher than you would have the Platinum plans.
Platinum HMO
With Platinum plans you will have the highest monthly premiums, but you will have the lowest out-of-pocket costs for medical care.
ConnectorCare
ConnectorCare plans are affordable health insurance plans offered only through the Massachusetts Health Connector. They have low monthly premiums and low out-of-pocket costs, with no deductibles. Only people with household incomes that are at 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or lower may qualify for a ConnectorCare Plan.
Gold PPO
Our only PPO plan offered on the Connector is a Gold plan featuring an extended National Network. The plan has two levels of cost sharing for services received in-network or out-of-network.
