Each of us has a "health hat" that we wear. We approach health with an attitude of waking up, leveling up, tuning up, standing up, or growing up. What "HAT" do you wear? Health consciousness touches on many aspects of wellness. This webinar describes aspects of health consciousness including mindfulness, consumer awareness, importance of self-care, and helping others. It all starts with becoming more aware of the triggers that can lead to unhealthy choices and behaviors to replace them for healthier choices. The reciprocal and powerful relationship between empowered health consciousness and resilience will also be addressed.
