New for 2027: Find a Provider through MultiPlan’s PHCS provider network in Worcester County, Massachusetts; Hartford, Litchfield, Tolland and Windham counties in Connecticut; and Bennington and Windham counties in Vermont.

New for 2027: National Providers in Extended Network are changing. Health New England's out-of-area network will transition to the Cigna Healthcare® PPO Network effective January 1, 2027.

HNE's prescription drug coverage includes many brand name and generic prescription medications. Use the Drug Lookup to find the level of coverage for your prescription drugs or to determine if a new drug prescribed to you requires prior authorization or step therapy.

If you're currently receiving treatment from a provider who is not part of the Health New England (HNE) network, you may be able to continue seeing that provider while HNE reviews your care needs.
