Health New England’s dedicated Health Services team focuses on finding the balance of care, support and coverage to help you as a member to improve and maintain your health. Our goal is to be sure you receive the highest quality of care possible from the right provider in the most appropriate setting.

Our caring team of registered nurses, social workers, care coordinators and behavioral health experts takes an integrated approach:

• Through Case Management, the team provides one-on-one health coaching and other support to people coping with complex conditions such as cancer, birth defects, diabetes, substance use disorders, spinal cord injuries and stroke.
• Our Utilization Management team carefully reviews treatment options for medical necessity and appropriateness and helps you find specialists within our network to ensure that benefits are being administered correctly.
