Health care can be complex, but managing your health care benefits shouldn’t be. Health New England is making things easier for you with our all-new member portal, my.HealthNewEngland.org.

The new portal offers simple language, straightforward menu options, and easy access from any device – smartphone, tablet or computer.

Visit my.HealthNewEngland.org and register today! My.HealthNewEngland.org replaces our previous HNEDirect member portal and registration is easy. You’ll need to register for access – even if you have registered for HNEDirect in the past. Be sure to have your HNE ID card ready.

Explanations of Benefits Available on Member Portal

Another new feature of the member portal is that Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) are now available online at my.HealthNewEngland.org. As part of an ongoing effort to minimize our impact on the environment, EOBs are no longer being automatically mailed to members.

The secure member portal offers a user-friendly format for claim details and comprehensive information about coverage and member responsibility, among other enhancements. You can also group claims together for a consolidated view of related treatments.

You continue to have the ability to print an EOB from the Claims page on the member portal. But, if you still prefer to have your EOBs mailed to your home, you can make that selection by changing your mailing preferences once you are logged into the member portal. You can also request paper copies of your EOBs by calling Member Services at (413) 787-4004 or (800) 310-2835.
