HMO Silver

HMO Gold

Gold plans usually have higher monthly premiums than the Silver plan and lower monthly premiums than the Platinum plans. Your out-of-pocket costs for medical care will be lower than you would have with the Silver plan and higher than you would have the Platinum plans.

PPO Silver

Our only PPO plan offered on the Connector is a Silver plan featuring an extended National Network. The plan has two levels of cost sharing for services received in-network or out-of-network.

HMO ConnectorCare

ConnectorCare plans are affordable health insurance plans offered only through the Massachusetts Health Connector. They have low monthly premiums and low out-of-pocket costs, with no deductibles. Only people with household incomes that are at 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or lower may qualify for a ConnectorCare Plan.
