Kirsten is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Corporate Wellness Educator and Founder of Your Wellness Scout, a health coaching and corporate wellness consulting practice that integrates sustainable, customized wellness solutions into employees’ daily lives. For more than 17 years, Kirsten has been passionate about the effects of food and stress on the way people live, work and play, and has coupled this passion with her experience to provide tailored and targeted corporate wellness programs to support employees in the journey of finding balance amidst the “rush” of competing priorities. She was recently highlighted on WCVB Channel 5 Chronicle and focuses on providing a Working Parents Survival Guide Program to individual and corporations. Her prior work experience at Fortune 500 companies provided her the experience to understand employees’ wellness stressors and work life balance challenges.
Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Cultural Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill and a certificate as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
